Trace Tool SIP


The trace tool is one of the most innovative and useful features of Apolocore. It is possible to trace calls without considering additional tools.

Siptrace was designed to search thousands of calls in application very simple filters using the search engine for effective calls or failed calls.

IMPORTANT: Traces are only visible if you activated the service in the system configuration.


Below is how to use the tool:

  • Go to the Sip Trace / Search Menu and activate the tool on the Start Tracer button so that the system starts capturing the SIP dialogs.
  • Select the concept of the call in the first Effective / Failed file and then enter the called number.
  • Select the date and then click on the search button.

The system will show all the captures made for that called number, select the call you want to view in the trace and click on the Call ID.

Visualize the Trace

By clicking on the Call ID of the call, the system will change to the Call Data mode, where I could see the packages (SIP dialog) associated with the selected call. Example:

The Screen shows all the elements or packages related to the call.

In the from IP column the end is shown and in the Call ID column the destination of the call.

The Message field details all the information in the SIP Package.

On that same screen you will find a DELETE button to delete the selected traces. It is recommended to activate the SIP Tracer only to perform Diagnostics and fault tracking since the storage of SIP packages can be very heavy for the storage system on your server.
