• Why use Apolocore?

  Apollocore is a (ALL in One) complete solution with robust scalability, security and advanced features for wholesale VoIP and Retail solutions for Operators.

  Apolocore consists of 2 products:

  • Apolo NLB
  • Apolo SBC Proxy

  Offering the following configurations:

  • SBC Proxy: High availability for VoIP Providers.
  • Border: Security and concentration of interconnections.
    
  • Balancing: Wholesaler traffic distribution.
  • Enterprise: SBC function for PBX with RTP Proxy.

  Additionally, Apollo Core incorporates 2 powerful modules:

  • Powerful SIP Firewall: It allows Black and White list of IPs, User-Agent.
  • Geo Location: an easy and safe way you can Block or Allows a complete Country.
  • Automatic detection and blocking: Apolocore is capable of detecting and blocking attacks automatically and efficiently by maintaining a fraud-free network.
  • SIP Tracer: It allows Capturing, Filtering and Analyzing all SIP packets allowing easy and safe detection of any failure.
• Where ewll be is Apolocore installed, and what are the requirements?

  Apolocore can be installed In-House or Hosted, depending on the customer's need.
  Apolocore has a licensing system allowing us to configure the product, modules, expiration date and number of concurrent calls depending on what each customer acquired there.

  Apolocore can be installed on a dedicated server or on a virtualized OS Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.

  The minimum necessary configuration is:

  • CPU: 4 Cores.
  • Memory: 10 GB.
  • HDD: 250 GB.
  • IP: 1 Public or Private.
  • Network up-Link: 1GBPs.
  • OS: Ubuntu 64b - 16.04 / 18.04

  This configuration guarantees a minimum of 2500 concurrent calls.

• Is possible to update the license in the future ?

  The license can be updated at any time as long as it is to increase the capacity of simultaneous calls or activate modules. You cannot make a downgrade of modules or capacity.
  To make a change to your license, you must contact our Commercial Departaments.

• With the purchase of the system, is included support ?

  With the purchase of ApoloCore you will get:

  • IN-House or Hosted installation.
  • Help with the initial configuration using (AnyDesk).
  • 2 hours of support will be included in case of questions, configuration or system failure related to ApoloCore.

  You can also hire an annual support with us, for more details contact our sales agent.
  

• After purchasing Apolocore includes future updates ?

  If the updates are related to BUGS or Security it will be included free of charge.
  Future implementations of new modules and functionalities are not FREE, to obtain them you must contact our sales agent.
