SIP Firewall

One of the most important features of Apolocore is the security system that is composed of 3 levels.

Security Level 1

  • Automatic Dynamic Blocked: Depending on the Dynamic Firewall SIP configuration, Apolo will control all malicious and rejected packages by automatically blocking the client Src, Applicable to Sip Trunk or Register User for SBC.
  • Automatic Event Blocked: Apolo analyzes all packets received and that were rejected by any method every 30 minutes, preventing any malicious transaction from being executed speedily.

Security Level 2

  • USER AGENT BLOCKED: Each package can be analyzed by the User Agent, thus blocking all packages coming from it.

Security Level 3

  • GEO - IP: Ability to handle Blacklist or Whitelist of any country considering the traffic interests of each client, the origin and destination.

Apolocore analyzes 100% of SIP packets in and out applying the security rules configured in the 3 level.
Consider that the priorities of the rules are:

  • The highest hierarchy rule will be the IP rules (white list and black list). If you have spoken a country through Geoip and insert a whitelisted Ip, the prevailing rule is that of IP Firewall.
  • If a User Agent is blocked, even if it is whitelisted the IP Apolocore will block by User agent received in the SIP packets.

Sip Firewall Configure

In the Security Menu / IP Firewall, the IPs that have been blocked by LEVEL 1 are displayed automatically. The system will show the IP address and the country to which it belongs.
