Transaction Reports

Reports are based on the storage of all transactions (calls) received and processed by the system.

Optimized processes will allow searching for effective or failed calls in a certain time by selecting variables such as Call Number, ANI and Caller IP.

Reports can be exported in Excel or CSV.

Go to the Reports and selections menu Call History or Transactions Failed according to the search criteria you need.
