Apolocom CO products are based on the Apolocore and ApoloSwitch brands. Each product is sold or rented under explicit licensing for a contracted period of time. The specific products are:

  • ApoloSwitch clase 4 Wholesales.
  • Apolo register SBC.
Currency and payments:

The payment currency for Apolocom products is the US dollar, even when the client makes a transaction in another type of currency, Apolocom will convert the currency to the US dollar.

Compliance Policies:

By purchasing any licensed product from Apolocom Co the client accepts:

Refund Policy: Apolocom invoices the products after receipt and acceptance by the client, however, it will refund the client 100% of the amount paid in case the expected products have not been received or in case of failure of the licensed software.

Shipping or delivery policy: All interaction between the client and polocom will be carried out remotely and formal delivery and recognition will be carried out at the end of the installation and licensing of the product through a document signed by both parties.

Return Policy and Process: Apolocom will refund the funds paid under the following conditions:

  • The installed software complies with the specification made in the quote.
  • The system does not have the modules contracted by the client.
  • Another inconsistency that exists between the proposal and the final result after installation.

The refund will be made 5 days after the interaction and receipt of the customer's claim. The refund can be made by refunding funds to your credit card or simply by bank transfer.

Restrictions:

By purchasing any licensed product from Apolocom Co the client accepts:

  • Prohibition of copying any of the Software or modules associated with any product.
  • Resale or retransmission of the license ownership for any Apolocom Co product is strictly prohibited.
  • Manipulation, modification or other action on the licensed software leads to the loss of warranty or technical support as the case may be.
